Usually forgotten about or written off as not worth the resources required to pursue, many Subcontractors factor the retention into their rates when pricing a Project, knowing that the monies are not going to be forthcoming.
All we require is a copy of your signed final account statement or latest Payer Notice and we at the retention chaser will do the rest.
